About the Author

Alexia V. Bliss isn’t just an author—she’s a conjurer of fear, a sculptor of silence, and a weaver of nightmares. With a pen dipped in darkness, she invites readers to wander through haunted gardens, decaying halls, and stories that bite back.

Meet the Mind Behind the Madness

I write twisted tales of obsession, myth, and forbidden love. I blend dark romance with gothic horror and Norse fantasy, crafting haunting stories where desire is dangerous, gods still whisper, and love can be both salvation and damnation.

My debut novel, The Ghost of Blackmore, weaves supernatural lore with raw human emotion, setting the tone for an interconnected universe of missing girls, mirror kings, and cult-laced small towns. I’m currently building two immersive series one rooted in psychological horror and paranormal mystery, the other steeped in Viking legends, divine prophecy, and taboo love.

I’m not afraid of controversy. My writing explores themes of spiritual corruption, mythic bloodlines, and the blurred line between love and possession. I gravitate toward morally gray characters, blasphemous temptation, and slow-burn tension that explodes into unforgettable climaxes. Whether my heroines face cursed gods or broken men, they always rise changed and so do my readers.

Outside of fiction, I draw creative fuel from my lived experience with bipolar disorder and complex PTSD. I believe storytelling is sacred rebellion. Through my work, I challenge conventional narratives, embrace chaos, and celebrate feminine power in all its forms.

When I’m not writing, I’m probably brewing coffee like a potion, thrifting gothic home decor, or baking something sweet with a sinister twist. I live in the shadows between myth and madness and I invite you to step into the dark with me.
